Prescribed Attendance Process

Students must maintain 75% attendance and declare it on the Attendance Record Form at admission.

Students with less than 75% attendance cannot appear for exams.

Students can request up to 30 days leave but must continue tuition fee payments. Leave must be applied in writing to the Centre Owner or recorded in the centre leave register.

Absence of 30 consecutive days without permission restricts class access; re-entry requires 50% of the registration fee payment.

Students must complete the course within the prescribed session or period. Extra class hours may be provided to complete training during that session.
