Centre Renewal Policy & Conditions

To continue your association with Sarva Education, all centres must strictly follow the renewal conditions and process outlined below:

Renewal Condition – 1

(Minimum Admission Requirement)

  • To be eligible for renewal, each centre must complete a minimum of 10 student admissions within one year.
  • If this target is not achieved, the renewal fee will be charged at two (2) times the normal amount. Example: If your normal renewal fee is ₹450, the revised fee will be calculated as: ₹450 × 2 = ₹900. Check applicable normal renewal fee in your centre login panel and multiply renewal fee accordingly.

Important Note-

  • If you have not met the 10 admission target and not following renewal penalty fees, then do not pay the normal renewal fee because normal renewal fees are non-refundable.
  • Condition-1 will be revised or updated by Head Office for the 2nd renewal and subsequent year's renewal. To know the applicable renewal penalty fee for 2nd renewal and future year's renewal, you must email the Head Office. The Head Office will review your centre’s previous year performance and inform you of the applicable penalty amount via email.
  • If your centre has successfully achieved 10 or more admissions within the year, this condition does not apply. You may pay the normal renewal fee.

Renewal Condition – 2 

(Renewal Timeline)

  • The renewal must be completed within 10 days from the centre’s expiry date.
  • If renewal is not completed within this period, the centre’s status will be marked as “Cancelled”, and the centre will lose all rights and association with Sarva Education.

Renewal Condition – 3

 (Penalty for Delayed Renewal)

  • Do not pay the normal renewal fee after the 10-day grace period for centre renewal, as it is non-refundable.
  • If you still wish to re-activate your centre after expiry, you must email the Head Office to request the Renewal Penalty Fee. The Head Office will check all type of records and review your centre’s previous year performance and inform you of the applicable penalty amount via email.

Renewal Process-

  • Download Centre Renewal Form.
  • Fill in the form carefully and scan it in good quality.
  • Send the scanned renewal form along with a screenshot of the renewal fee payment to: sarvaeducation@gmail.com
  • Upon receiving your documents and payment, the Head Office will issue a soft copy of the New Centre Authorization Certificate (with QR Code) within 24 hours via email.

Please note: Renewal Certificate Hard copy is not issued by the Head Office. You must print the renewal certificate and display it prominently at your centre.

Cautions-

Caution 1: Lack of knowledge or negligence of these renewal rules will not be accepted as a valid reason. Excuses such as personal/family issues, illness, financial difficulty, non-operation of the centre, or temporary closure will not be entertained.

Caution 2: If any centre ignores the above conditions and pays only the normal renewal fee without paying the required penalty, the payment will be non-refundable, and the centre will not be renewed. If you do not meet the renewal conditions, do not apply for renewal or make any payment without clearing applicable penalties.

Final Step-

After reviewing the Renewal Conditions (1, 2 & 3) applicable to your centre, send the fee payment screenshot and required documents as instructed above to complete your renewal process.

सेंटर रिन्यूअल पॉलिसी और कंडीशन्स

Sarva Education के साथ अपना association continue रखने के लिए सभी centres को नीचे दिए गए Renewal Conditions & Process को strictly follow करना होगा।

Renewal Condition – 1

(मिनिमम एडमिशन की शर्त)

  • हर centre को 1 साल में कम से कम 10 students का admission करना ज़रूरी है।
  • अगर 10 admission का target पूरा नहीं होता है, तो As a penalty Renewal Fee को 2 गुना (×2) देना होगा। Example: अगर आपकी normal renewal fee ₹450 है, तो renewal fee = ₹450 × 2 = ₹900 होगी। अपने सेंटर लॉगिन पैनल में applicable Normal Renewal Fee की जाँच करें और उसके अनुसार गुणा (Multiply) करें।

Important Note-

  • अगर आपका 10 admission target पूरा नहीं हुआ है और आप Penalty Renewal fees का पालन नहीं कर रहे हैं। तो normal renewal fee बिल्कुल भी pay न करें, क्योंकि वो non-refundable है।
  • Head Office, 2nd Renewal या उससे आगे के renewal years के लिए condition-1 को revise or update करता रहेगा। 2nd या उससे आगे के renewal  years की renewal penalty fee की सही जानकारी के लिए आपको Head Office को email करना ज़रूरी है।
  • अगर आपके centre ने साल में 10 या उससे ज़्यादा admission पूरे कर लिए हैं, तो आप normal renewal fee pay कर सकते हैं।

Renewal Condition – 2

(Renewal समय सीमा)

  • Renewal आपको Centre की Expiry Date से 10 दिनों के अंदर complete करनी होगी।
  • अगर 10 दिनों में renewal नहीं किया गया, तो Centre का status “Cancelled” कर दिया जाएगा और आपका Sarva Education से सारा अधिकार और association खत्म हो जाएगा।

Renewal Condition – 3

(Late Renewal Penalty)

  • 10-day grace period के बाद normal renewal fee pay न करें, वो भी non-refundable होती है।
  • अगर आप expiry के बाद भी Centre re-activate करवाना चाहते हैं, तो आपको Head Office को email करके Penalty Fee के लिए request करनी होगी। Head Office आपके पिछले साल के performance और records check करेगा और आपको email के ज़रिए penalty amount की जानकारी देगा।

रिन्यूअल प्रोसेस-

  • Centre Renewal Form डाउनलोड करें।
  • फॉर्म को ध्यान से भरें और अच्छी quality में scan करें।
  • Renewal Fee Payment Screenshot के साथ scanned renewal form को sarvaeducation@gmail.com email के ज़रिए भेजें।
  • आपकी documents और payment receive होने के बाद, Head Office 24 घंटे के अंदर आपकी New Centre Authorization Certificate (QR Code के साथ) की soft copy email कर देगा।

Note: Head Office से Renewal Certificate की hard copy issue नहीं होती। आपको इसे print करवा के अपने centre में display करना होगा।

Caution (सावधानी)-

Caution 1: Renewal rules की जानकारी न होना या personal problems कोई valid reason नहीं मानी जाएगी। जैसे personal/family issues, illness, financial problem, centre का बंद रहना या temporary closure — इनमें से कोई भी excuse accepted नहीं होगा।

Caution 2: अगर कोई centre ऊपर दी गई conditions को ignore करके सिर्फ normal renewal fee pay कर देता है, तो payment non-refundable होगी और centre renew नहीं होगा। अगर आप renewal conditions को पूरा नहीं करते हैं, तो बिना penalty clear किए renewal apply न करें और payment न भेजें।

Renewal Conditions (1, 2 & 3) को ध्यान से पढ़ने के बाद, ऊपर दिए गए instructions के अनुसार Renewal Fee Payment Screenshot और ज़रूरी Documents Head Office को भेजें ताकि आपका renewal process successfully complete हो सके।
