Clarification on Equivalence and Recognition of Certificates Issued by Sarva I.T. & Educational Development (SITED)

Organizational Status and Legal Standing

Sarva I.T. & Educational Development (hereinafter referred to as “An Autonomous Organization or Registered Company”, Known as “SITED”, or “Sarva Education” or "Sarva Computer Education") is not a University, Board, Council, ITI, Self Declare Institute or statutory technical authority. Accordingly, its qualifications do not claim parity or equivalence with qualifications issued by such bodies.

Sarva I.T. & Educational Development has been conducting the National I.T. & Skill Advancement Training Awareness Programme, operating under the registered brand name “Sarva Education or Sarva Computer Education”, across India since 2008. The Organization functions as an autonomous, non-commercial, national-level entity operating within the non-formal education and skill advancement sector and its not a self declared institute.

The Organization operates lawfully under the following Government of India registrations and authorizations:

• Licensed by the Government of India
  License No. 2/114/T-1/08/D, read with Notification No. GSR 288(E) dated 05.1991, issued by the Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs.

Nature and Purpose of Certificates/Diplomas

All certificates and diplomas issued by Sarva I.T. & Educational Development are autonomously designed, developed and awarded by the Organization. These qualifications are intended primarily for:

• Computer and Skill Advancement training outside formal education system
• Self-employment and entrepreneurship
• Employment within the non-formal and private skill-based sector

While several candidates trained at authorized Sarva Education centers have successfully secured employment in government and private sectors, the Organization does not claim, guarantee or assure that its certificates are universally valid for employment or academic admission purposes.

Q. Are the Certificates/Diplomas issued by Sarva I.T. & Educational Development (SITED) equivalent to those issued by Universities, ITIs, NIELIT, NCVT, SCVT, AICTE, UGC or any Technical Board or Council?

Ans: No. As per organization legal status, Nature and Purpose of Certificate/Diploma awarded by SITED- The Certificates or Diplomas issued by Sarva I.T. & Educational Development (SITED) are not equivalent to certificates or diplomas awarded by Universities, ITIs, NIELIT, NCVT, SCVT, AICTE, UGC or any State or Central Technical Board or Council.

Acceptance and Eligibility Disclaimer

Candidates are strongly advised to verify the following before applying for any employment, promotion, government recruitment, academic admission, or lateral entry:

• Eligibility criteria of the concerned department, authority, university, or institution
• Recognition status of Sarva Education certificates as per applicable rules, regulations, notifications, or recruitment guidelines

The acceptance or rejection of any certificate or diploma issued by Sarva I.T. & Educational Development lies solely at the discretion of the respective government department, private employer, recruitment body, university, or educational institution, in accordance with their own policies and regulatory framework, which may change from time to time.

Admission for Further Studies / Lateral Entry

Prior to applying for admission into any university, college, or institution—whether through lateral entry or otherwise—it is the sole responsibility of the candidate to confirm whether the concerned institution accepts qualifications issued by Sarva I.T. & Educational Development.

Each institution follows its own admission norms, recognition standards, and regulatory policies. Sarva Education bears no liability for non-acceptance of its certificates by any institution.

Many students trained under Sarva Education have obtained employment in various government and private departments. Note 2:

It is the sole responsibility of the prospective student and/or parent/guardian to:

• Independently verify the status and scope of Sarva Education
• Seek explicit clarification regarding the applicability of certificates for employment or education
• Refer to the official website www.sarvaindia.com or consult the authorized center owner.

Authorized Centre Owners are legally obligated to provide accurate and transparent clarification in the student’s regional language or a language clearly understood by the student.

Upon execution/signing of the admission form by the student (or parent/guardian) and the Authorized Centre Owner, it shall be conclusively presumed that all terms, conditions, and clarifications have been fully understood and accepted. No claims, disputes, objections, or grievances related to the above matters shall be entertained at any subsequent stage.

In the event that any Authorized Centre Owner provides false, misleading, or misrepresented information, such Centre Owner shall bear sole and complete responsibility, and Sarva Education shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever.
