Suggestions For Software Usages in Your Centres

Our Suggestion- Do not use software name in course title & in Your Centre Flex or Banners or Posters, Do not use following titles Like- Certificate in MS Office, Certificate in Tally Prime, Certificate in Corel Draw, Certificate in Photoshop, Certificate in C Programming, Certificate in Python etc. Because All Software Name mentioned by you in course title & in Centre Flex or Banners or Posters are designed & copyrighted by their concerned software companies and said companies also provide training through their franchisee centers.

As you know, if you directly mention legal software name in your course title & in Centre Flex or Banners or Posters without purchasing concerned legal software and use their pirated software for training purposes then concerned legal software company may take copyright action against you & claim damages from you for copying their legal software.

If you have downloaded a free educational version of any software and think that the concerned software company has given you the right to use the free educational version then you are wrong because most software companies have educational versions for use at home only for those students who are studying in school & college. Such free software educational versions can be used at home only for non commercial purposes, not in study centres for commercial purposes.

Do not think that you will not be caught for using pirated software, you can be easily tracked by concerned legal software companies, if your PC is connected with internet, in which you have installed pirated software and you will also be complained by their nearby software seller or Authorized franchise training provider centre for using pirated software for training purpose.

As you know, we do not sell software, we suggest you use original softwares in centers for this you can contact concerned legal software companies or their distributors. In the beginning if you are unable to purchase the same and running free non commercial education version of software then follow below mentioned points.

As per our suggestion note some important points while using Software name in course & in Centre Flex or Banners or Posters:-

Do not use software name directly in Course title, if you want to mention software name in course then you can mention the same in subjects of course. For exampleif you want to run a Tally course then create the following title- “Certificate in Computer Financial Accounting” and in course contents you can mention Tally etc. Do not mention Software version name in course contents or subjects as you know software companies may update version any time. So it is useless to mention the version of softwares anywhere.
Do not use software names directly in centre advertisements like Flex or Banner or Posters. For Example-if you want to run following training- MS Office, Tally, C++, Python, Corel, Photoshop etc. then advertise a single word without using software name in Centre Flex or Banner or Posters. So mention the following wording in Centre Flex or Banner or Posters- Courses: “Computer Basic, Office Management, Typing, DTP, Programming, Accounting, Digital Marketing, Computer Application, Web Design, Internet etc.”
Do not install free software or cracked versions of softwares in Your PC, which are connected to the Internet. Install said softwares only on PCs which are not connected to the Internet.
Use One PC for Internet Training purposes and do not install other software on that PC.
If you have purchased a single user license for the concerned software and you are using it in all PCs by using D-Link network or server & same is connected with internet, then you will be easily tracked by the concerned software company. Do not use this method. Use D Link- LAN network or server without connecting to the internet.

हमारा सुझाव- नया कोर्स बनाते समय और सेंटर फ्लेक्स या बैनर या पोस्टर में सॉफ्टवेयर नाम का उपयोग न करें, निम्नलिखित शीर्षकों का उपयोग न करें जैसे- Certificate in MS Office, Certificate in Tally Prime, Certificate in Corel Draw, Certificate in Photoshop, Certificate in C Programming, Certificate in Python etc. क्योंकि कोर्स टाइटल और सेंटर फ्लेक्स या बैनर या पोस्टर में आपके द्वारा उल्लिखित सभी सॉफ्टवेयर नाम उनकी संबंधित सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनियों द्वारा डिजाइन और कॉपीराइट किए गए हैं और कंपनियां अपने फ्रेंचाइजी केंद्रों के माध्यम से संबंधित सॉफ्टवेयर का प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान करती हैं।

जैसा कि आप जानते हैं, यदि आप ओरिजिनल सॉफ्टवेयर खरीदे बिना सीधे अपने कोर्स टाइटल और सेंटर फ्लेक्स या बैनर या पोस्टर में सॉफ्टवेयर का नाम उल्लेख करते हैं और प्रशिक्षण उद्देश्य के लिए उनके पायरेटेड सॉफ्टवेयर का उपयोग करते हैं तो संबंधित सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनी आपके खिलाफ कॉपीराइट एक्ट में कार्रवाई कर सकती है और उनके कानूनी सॉफ्टवेयर की नकल करने के लिए आपसे नुकसान का दावा कर सकती है।

ऐसा मत सोचिए कि पायरेटेड सॉफ़्टवेयर का उपयोग करने पर आप पकड़े नहीं जाएंगे, यदि आपका पीसी इंटरनेट से जुड़ा है, जिसमें आपने पायरेटेड सॉफ़्टवेयर इंस्टॉल किया है, तो आपको संबंधित कानूनी सॉफ़्टवेयर कंपनियों द्वारा आसानी से ट्रैक किया जा सकता है।

अगर आपने किसी सॉफ्टवेयर का फ्री एजुकेशनल वर्सन डाउनलोड किया है और सोच रहे हैं कि संबंधित सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनी ने आपको फ्री एजुकेशनल वर्सन का उपयोग करने का अधिकार दिया है तो आप गलत हैं क्योंकि ज्यादातर सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनियों के पास फ्री एजुकेशनल वर्सन होता है, केवल उन छात्रों के लिए घर में उपयोग के लिए जो स्कूल और कॉलेज में पढ़ रहे हैं। ऐसे फ्री सॉफ्टवेयर एजुकेशनल वर्सन का उपयोग केवल घर में गैर-व्यावसायिक उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जा सकता है, अध्ययन केंद्र या संस्थान में व्यावसायिक उद्देश्यों के लिए नहीं|

प्रशिक्षण उद्देश्य के लिए पायरेटेड सॉफ़्टवेयर का उपयोग करने के लिए आपको उनके नजदीकी सॉफ़्टवेयर विक्रेता या उनके अधिकृत फ्रैंचाइज़ी प्रशिक्षण केंद्र द्वारा भी शिकायत की जा सकती है। जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि हम सॉफ्टवेयर नहीं बेचते हैं, हम आपको Centre में Legal सॉफ्टवेयर का उपयोग करने का सुझाव देते हैं, इसके लिए आप संबंधित कानूनी सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनी या उनके Distributers से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

शुरुआत में यदि आप सॉफ्टवेयर खरीदने में असमर्थ हैं और सॉफ्टवेयर का मुफ्त गैर-व्यावसायिक शिक्षा Version चला रहे हैं तो नीचे दिए गए बिंदुओं का पालन करें। हमारे सुझाव के अनुसार कोर्स और सेंटर फ्लेक्स या बैनर या पोस्टर में सॉफ़्टवेयर नाम का उपयोग करते समय कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर ध्यान दें:-

कोर्स टाइटल में सीधे सॉफ्टवेयर नाम का उपयोग न करें, यदि आप कोर्स में सॉफ्टवेयर का नाम उल्लेख करना चाहते हैं तो आप कोर्स के विषयों में इसका उल्लेख कर सकते हैं।उदाहरण के लिए- यदि आप टैली कोर्स चलाना चाहते हैं तो निम्नलिखित कोर्स टाइटल बनाएं- "Certificate in Computer Financial Accounting" और कोर्स Contents में आप टैली आदि का उल्लेख कर सकते हैं। कोर्स सामग्री या विषयों में Sofware के Version का उल्लेख न करें क्योंकि आप जानते हैं कि सॉफ़्टवेयर कंपनियां किसी भी समय Sofware के Version का अपडेट कर सकती हैं। इसलिए कहीं भी सॉफ़्टवेयर के Version का उल्लेख करना बेकार है।
फ़्लेक्स या बैनर या पोस्टर और सेंटर के विज्ञापनों में सीधे सॉफ़्टवेयर नाम का उपयोग न करें।उदाहरण के लिए- यदि आप निम्नलिखित प्रशिक्षण चलाना चाहते हैं- एमएस ऑफिस, टैली, सी++, पायथन, कोरल, फोटोशॉप आदि तो सेंटर फ्लेक्स या बैनर या पोस्टर में सॉफ्टवेयर नाम का उपयोग किए बिना एक शब्द का विज्ञापन करें। इसलिए सेंटर फ्लेक्स या बैनर या पोस्टर में निम्नलिखित शब्दों का उल्लेख करें- कोर्स: "कंप्यूटर बेसिक, ऑफिस मैनेजमेंट, टाइपिंग, डीटीपी, प्रोग्रामिंग, अकाउंटिंग, डिजिटल मार्केटिंग, कंप्यूटर एप्लीकेशन, वेब डिज़ाइन, इंटरनेट आदि।"
अपने पीसी में फ्री या क्रैकेड वर्ज़न वाले सॉफ्टवेयर इंस्टॉल न करें, जो इंटरनेट से जुड़े हों। फ्री या क्रैकेड वर्ज़न वाले सॉफ्टवेयर केवल उन्हीं पीसी में इंस्टॉल करें जो इंटरनेट से कनेक्ट नहीं हैं।
इंटरनेट प्रशिक्षण उद्देश्य के लिए एक पीसी का उपयोग करें और उस पीसी में अन्य पायरेटेड सॉफ़्टवेयर इंस्टॉल न करें।
यदि आपने संबंधित सॉफ़्टवेयर के लिए single user license खरीदा है और आप इसे डी-लिंक, LAN नेटवर्क या सर्वर का उपयोग करके सभी पीसी में उपयोग कर रहे हैं और यह इंटरनेट से जुड़ा हुआ है, तो आपको संबंधित सॉफ़्टवेयर कंपनी द्वारा आसानी से ट्रैक किया जाएगा। इस विधि का प्रयोग न करें. इंटरनेट से कनेक्ट किए बिना डी लिंक-LAN नेटवर्क या सर्वर का उपयोग करें।
