FAQ.1 – Affiliation Requirements?
- There should be at least 1 room.
- There should be at least 3 computers.
- Centre Owner Eligibility – Must be 18 Years Old and capability to invest/run the centre.
FAQ.2 – Benefits For Centre?
- The Head Office has no share in the student's admission fee, monthly fee, and exam fee. All these fees are charged and decided by the Centre Owner.
- The Centre Owner can update courses and add new courses.
- At the start, the Centre Owner will be provided with a Centre Kit that includes admission forms, prospectus, ID cards, brochures, posters, and the centre authorization certificate, etc.
- The Head Office website will send you new admission inquiries through online SEO marketing or online ads.
- You will have the right to edit and set question papers (offline or online) according to your course syllabus.
- You will have the right to conduct offline or online exams at your centre.
- Right to check students’ papers — You can check students’ papers and send the marks details to the Head Office via email. After receiving your students’ marks via email, the Head Office will prepare the certificates and send the hard copies by post to your centre’s address.
- You will have the right to upload student results from your login panel on the Head Office website.
- Urgent certificate facility for current students and back-dated certificates facility for your old students are also available. The soft copy of such certificates will be sent via email within 6 to 24 hours and the hard copy will be sent by speed post within 6 to 10 days.
- ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
- Online facility to view and edit centre profile and student profiles.
- Right to use the Sarva Education brand in your centre advertisements.
- E-books available for all subjects.
- Job assistance will be provided to eligible students.
- Opportunities to participate in government projects and schemes from time to time.
FAQ.3 – Centre Affiliation Fees?
Note - At the beginning, the centre will be provided with a Centre Kit, which will include admission forms, prospectus, ID cards, brochure, posters, and the centre authorization certificate, etc., all of which are included in the centre authorization fee given below.

FAQ.6 – Facilities For Students?
Following Online or Offline facilities are provided by head office in the above mentioned certificate/diploma registration Fees-

- Student ID card and admission form
- Free e-books for all subjects
- Online roll number verification with student photo
- Option to take online exams (via Head Office website) or offline exams at the centre

- Certificates/diplomas delivered by post to the centre within 8–15 days after exams
FAQ.7 – Centre Affiliation Process?
Step 1: Download the Centre Authorization Application Form.
Step 2: Print the form and fill in all required details in capital letters.
Step 3: Attach the following: centre owner’s colour photo, last qualification proof, Aadhaar/Voter ID copy.
Note-
- For Existing Centre: If your centre is already operational, email minimum 3 photos of the building front, rooms & 1 Minute Video covering the same. Use the GPS Map Camera App (available on the Google Play Store) to ensure centre location tagging in both photos and video. It is mandatory that the authorized centre owner is clearly visible in both the photos and videos.
- For New Centre: If your centre has not yet started, you can send these photos and video within 2 months of centre activation.
Step 4: For faster activation, email the form, required documents, and payment details (receipt or transaction ID) to sarvaeducation@gmail.com.
Step 5: In email- also Type centre owner’s name, centre name, centre address, postal address, pin code and mobile number. Check All Spellings because same will be mentioned on centre authorization certificate.
Step 6: Also Send the hard copy of the form and documents by post to the Head Office address provided-

FAQ.8 – Centre Activation Timing?
- The Head Office will activate your centre within 6 to 24 hours.
- After activation, the Head Office will send you a Congratulations email containing your centre code, centre login ID, password, and the soft copy of the centre authorization certificate.
- Within 2 days, the Head Office will post your Welcome Centre Kit to your address. This kit will include the prospectus, admission forms, student ID cards, posters, and the hard copy of the centre authorization certificate, etc.
FAQ.9 – Transfer Affiliation Fee?
You can pay the fees using any of the following methods: QR Code, NEFT, Online Banking or Mobile Banking. Please use the bank account details provided in the link below.
