For example- If a student comes to your center to ask for admission in a 1-month course, you can inform them about the late admission option for the 3-month course. The student can still take admission in the 3-month course even after the session has started. The center will cover the 3-month syllabus in 1 month by giving extra class hours.
If the student asks, “How is this possible?” you can explain with an example like this:
Suppose the student takes admission in the last week of February and has only 1 month. You can tell them that the 3-month session from January to March is still open. If they take late admission in the last week of February, the exam will be held on 31st March.
This means the student will complete the 3-month course in 1 month and get the 3-month certificate. After this, the student may get interested but will ask about the fees. Then you can offer a discount.
For example, if the regular fee for the 3-month course is Rs. 2500, you can give a Rs. 500 discount.
How to Write session & joining date on admission form for Late Admission?

How to Write Roll Numbers on the Admission Form for Late Admission?
For a 3-month course session (as shown in the example above)-
Fill the roll number column on the Admission Form using the following format:
01 + Your Centre Code + Late Admission Start Month Number + Late Admission Start Year Number + Late Admission End Month Number + Late Admission End Year Number.
If your centre code is 3747, then:
Roll number for the 1st student will be: 013747125325
Roll number for the 2nd student in the same 3-month session will be: 023747125325....Continue this series for all remaining students in the same session.
You may restart the roll number series for different course duration, late admission session or year whenever the course duration, session month or session year changes.
Benefit for Student- student is getting 3 months certificate in 1 Month with discount in fee.
Benefit for centre head- Earlier centre owner was getting Rs. 500 to 700 for that 1 Month course admission but when centre owner has converted that 1 month course admission into 3 months course & completed 3 month course within 1 month then centre owner get extra Rs. 1300 to 1500.
You can apply same rule for admission inquiry for 3/6/12 month’s courses.
You can complete 1 year course with late admission in 6 months
You can complete 6 Months course with late admission in 3 months
You can complete 3 Months course with late admission in 1 month.
Note: In cases of Late Admission, the head office charges double registration fee for the selected course.
For Example: If you finish a 1-year course in just 6 months, the head office will still consider it a 1-year course and charge the registration fee accordingly: 495 + 495 = 990. This is because the certificate will mention the duration as 1 year, not 6 months.
