Q.1 Can I register same student in 2 or 3 different courses in same time?

Yes, you can register same regular student in 2 or 3 different courses in same time, in this way you can generate double or triple income. For this you have to fill up separate admission forms for each courses, 3 roll numbers will be issued & Head office prescribed student regd. fees will be separately paid for each courses.

For example, If student want to take admission in 3 different courses, then you may provide 6 hours class from 9 AM to 3 PM for these three courses, you may provide 2 hours class time for each course. You may also change hours or time of class as per your requirements.

Note- But While filling up admission forms for different courses- you have to write in brackets- Morning Batch, Afternoon Batch & Evening Batch along with duration of courses.

For Example: If same student has taken Admission in 3 Courses like ADCS course, DTP course & DFA Course.

Then on 1st ADCS Course Admission form- in duration column- Write Morning Batch eg. ADCS- 1 Year (Morning Batch).

Same way on 2nd DTP Course Admission form- in duration column- Write Afternoon Batch eg. DTP- 6 Month (Afternoon Batch).

Same way for 3rd DFA Course Admission form- in duration column- Write Afternoon Batch eg. DFA- 6 Month (Evening Batch).

While sending admission form & applying for certificate by email- you have to write Morning Batch, Afternoon & Evening Batch in brackets along with courses duration on Admission Form, Admission List, Mark List & Marks Detail Forms of those students who have/had taken admission in 2 or 3 courses in same time.

Attention- Student cannot show or apply with all issued certificates for same job. Student can show certificate as per job requirements. For Example- if student has taken abovementioned 3 different courses certificates in same time or same period from your institutes and he/she is applying for Computer Accountant Job then he/she can show only DFA Certificate and not other 2 certificates. So student can apply for job with required certificate only. Clarify said condition to your students before taking admission in different courses in same time.

Q.2 How to complete long duration course in short time?

For example- If a student comes to your center to ask for admission in a 1-month course, you can inform them about the late admission option for the 3-month course. The student can still take admission in the 3-month course even after the session has started. The center will cover the 3-month syllabus in 1 month or 45 days by giving extra class hours.

If the student asks, “How is this possible?” you can explain with an example like this: 

Suppose the student takes admission in the last week of February and has only 1 month. You can tell them that the 3-month session from January to March is still open. If they take late admission in the last week of February, the exam will be held on 31st March.

This means the student will complete the 3-month course in 1 month and get the 3-month certificate. After this, the student may get interested but will ask about the fees. Then you can offer a discount.

For example, if the regular fee for the 3-month course is Rs. 2500, you can give a Rs. 500 discount.

How to Write session & joining date on admission form for such type of admission?

As per above given example for 3 months course- On Admission Form in Session Column, you can write session as- From January, 2023 to March, 2023 (Late Admission) & in Join date & Valid up to column, you can write exact date when student has joined this courses, suppose student has taken late admission in 3 months course on 26.02.2023, then you can write Joined date From 26.02.2023 to 31.03.2023 on admission form.

Benefit for Student- student is getting 3 months certificate in 1 Month with discount in fee.

Benefit for centre head- Earlier centre owner was getting Rs. 500 to 700 for that 1 Month course admission but when centre owner has converted that 1 month course admission into 3 months course & completed 3 month course within 1 month then centre owner get extra Rs. 1300 to 1500.

You can apply same rule for admission inquiry for 3/6/12 month’s courses.

You can complete 1 year course with late admission in 6 months

You can complete 6 Months course with late admission in 3 months

You can complete 3 Months course with late admission in 1 month or 45 days.

Q.3 Can I Provide Urgent Certificate to my regular students?

Yes you can provide certificates in Fast Track or Urgent Mode to your Regular students, who have completed course in present session in your centre, but needs certificate urgently.  For Fast Track or urgent certificate, you have to pay Double Regd. Fee + 120 speed post charges to head office. After Conducting Session wise Exams, You can send Fast track Student's Marks Detail Forms, As per Session of Examination held, via email. On receiving your email head office will send scan copy of concerned student's certificate via email within 24 hours & Also send certificate hard copies via post at your center address, you may receive concerned student certificate within 7 to 12 days. Q.4 Can I Provide back Date or back Years Certificates to my old students?

Yes, You can apply for backdate or back years certificates of old students who have not received his/her certificate in the past for any reason whatsoever, for this head office charges applicable course regd. fee separately for each back years. You have to pay concerned course all back years total fees in a single transaction.
