You can choose any below mentioned suggestions/ways as per your requirements & suitability-
Q.1 Can I register same student in 2 or 3 different courses in same time?
Answer-
Yes, you can register same student in 2 or 3 different courses in same time, in this way you can generate double or tripple income. For this you have to fill up separate admission forms for each courses, 3 roll numbers will be issued & Head office prescribed student regd. fees will be separately paid for each courses.
For example, If student want to take admission in 3 different courses, then you may provide 6 hours class from 11 AM to 5 PM for these three courses, you may provide 2 hours class time for each course. You may also change hours or time of class as per your requirments.
Note- But While filling up admission forms for different courses- you have to write in brackets- Morning Batch, Afternoon Batch & Evening Batch along with duration of courses.
For Example: If same student has taken Admission in 3 Courses like ADCA course, DTP course & DFA Course.
Then on 1st ADCA Course Admission form- in duration column- Write Morning Batch eg. ADCA- 1 Year (Morning Batch).
Same way on 2nd DTP Course Admission form- in duration column- Write Afternoon Batch eg. DTP- 6 Month (Afternoon Batch).
Same way for 3rd DFA Course Admission form- in duration column- Write Afternoon Batch eg. DFA- 6 Month (Evening Batch).
While sending admission form & applying for certificate by email- you have to write Morning Batch, Afternoon & Evening Batch in brackets along with courses duration on Admision Form, Admission List, Mark List & Marks Detail Forms of those students who have/had taken admission in 2 or 3 courses in same time.
Attention- Student cannot show or apply with all issued certificates for same job. student can show certificate as per job requirements. For Example- if student has taken abovementioned 3 different courses certificates in same time or same period from your institutes, and he/she is applying for Computer Accountant Job then he/she can show only DFA Certificate and not other 2 certificates. So student can apply for job with required certificate only. Clearify said condition to your students before taking admission in different courses in same time.

Q.2 How to complete long duration course in short time?
Answer-
For example- A student visit to your centre & inquiry for taking admission in 1 Month Course, then your receptionist can tell that student about late admission opportunity in 3 month course, student can still join in 3 month course with late admission, our centre will complete 3 month course syllabus within 1 month or 45 days by providing extra hours in class.
Now student will ask you how is it possible? Then give him example in following way- Suppose student is taking admission in February last week & he has only 1 month then talk to him that 3 months session from January to March is still open and if you take late admission in February last week then 3 months course exam will be conducted on 31st of March. Means with in 1 month you will get 3 months certificates. Now that student will take interest but he/she will ask for fees of 3 months course, then you can give him discount- such as- if you are charging Rs. 2500 for 3 months course in regular admission, give him Rs. 500 discount.
How to Write session & joining date on admission form for such type of admission?
As per above given example for 3 months course- On Admission Form in Session Column, you can write session as- From January, 2023 to March, 2023 (Late Admission) & in Join date & Valid up to column, you can write exact date when student has joined this courses, suppose student has taken late admission in 3 months course on 26.02.2023, then you can write Joined date From 26.02.2023 to 31.03.2023 on admission form.
Benefit for Student- student is getting 3 months certificate in 1 Month with discount in fee.
Benefit for centre head- Earlier centre owner was getting Rs. 500 to 700 for that 1 Month course admission but when centre owner has converted that 1 month course admission into 3 months course & completed 3 month course within 1 month then centre owner get extra Rs. 1300 to 1500.
You can apply same rule for admission inquiry for 3/6/12 month’s courses.
You can complete 1 year course with late admission in 6 months
You can complete 6 Months course with late admission in 3 months
You can complete 3 Months course with late admission in 1 month or 45 days.

Q.3 Can I Provide Urgent Certificate to my students?
Answer-
Yes you can provide Regular student's certificates in Fast Track or Urgent Mode (For Fast Track Certificates you have to pay Double Regd. Fee + 120 speed post charges to head office)- After Conducting Session wise Exams, You can send Fast track Student's Marks Detail Forms, As per Session of Examination held, via email. On receiving your email head office will send scan copy of concerned student's certificate via email within 2 days & Also send certificate hard copies via post at your center address, you may receive concerned student certificate within 8 to 12 days.
How to write Roll Number on Admission Form for Urgent Certificates? For Example- Suppose Your Centre Code is 3747 then Roll Number Will start from 0013747, 0023747, 0033747....continue this series for next urgent certificate.

Q.4 Can I Provide back Date or back Year Certificates to my students?
Answer-
Yes, You can apply for backdate or back years certificates, for this head office charges course double registration fee for present year + applicable course regd. fee separately for each back years. You have to pay concerned course total present year double fee + all back years fees in a single transaction.
Always Check Session & Last date File link in Login, if you send Admission form or apply for certificate after prescribed last date then back date certificate rule applicable & double registration fee will be charged.
For Example- If you want 2 months course backdate or back year certificate of 2018 session and applying for this certificate in 2023, then fee will be counted as, suppose head office is charging Regd. Fee of Rs. 255 for 2 months certificate, then (2023) present year double Regd. Fee Rs.255X2=550+Back years fee will be charged for 5 years- (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022). So, Per back year Regd Fees will be charged. (Present Year Double Fee: 550) + (Each back years Fee 255X5=1530)=1825, So total fee will be paid by you for 2 month certificate of 2018 session would be Rs. 1825.
How to write Session for Back date or Back year certificate?- Session start from January to December each year for back years certificates. For Example- If you are applying in 2023 for 1 year certificate of 2022 session, then you will mention session form January, 2022 to December, 2022 on admission form.
same way if you are applying in 2023 for 1 year certificate of 2018 session, the session will be mentioned on admission form from January, 2018 to December, 2018.
If you are applying in 2023 for 1 year certificate and want 2018 to 2019 session on certificate, then session will be mentioned on admission from July, 2018 to June, 2019. You can change session month and years as per your requirements.
How to write Roll Number on Admission Form for Backdate or Back Years Certificates? Suppose you want back date certificate of 2022 session From January, 2022 to December, 2022 and Your Centre Code is 3747 then Roll Number Will be written like this (Serial Number 01+Centre Code+back session year) means- 0137472022, 0237472022, 0337472022....continue this series for next backdate certificates in 2022 session.
same way if you want back date certificate of 2018 session From January, 2018 to December, 2018 and Your Centre Code is 3747 then Roll Number Will written like this (Serial Number 01+Centre Code+back session year) means- 0137472018, 0237472018, 0337472018....continue this series for next backdate certificate in 2018 session.
If you want back date certificate of 2018-2019 then session will be From July, 2018 to June, 2019 and suppose Your Centre Code is 3747 then Roll Number Will written like this (Serial Number 01+CentreCode + back years, 2018 and 2019) means- 01374720182019, 02374720182019, 03374720182019....continue this series for next backdate certificates for 2018 to 2019 session. you can change session's months & years & write roll mumber series accordingly.
